Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Admin Manager, this role includes but is not limited to:
Manage end-to-end accounts payable
Perform reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
Respond to supplier queries in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct three-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.




Set up and maintain current supplier accounts in the system.
Support the team with ad hoc finance and administrative tasks.
Prepare and process regular payment runs.

Ideal candidate
Experience as an Accounts Payable Officer.
Immediately available.
Robust written and verbal communication skills.
Positive can do attitude.
