As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an key role in creating a welcoming, calm and professional environment. You will work closely with our Principal Dentist, Dental Hygienists & Therapist, Dental Assistants and Practice Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of reception and the delivery of a seamless patient journey.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership of their responsibilities, managing competing priorities and providing thoughtful, personalised service.

Key responsibilities
Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional reception experience.
Manage incoming calls, patient enquiries and correspondence.
Coordinate appointments, treatment bookings, cancellations and waitlists.
Maintain accurate patient records, documentation and practice management system information.
Support treatment-plan coordination and follow up outstanding treatment in a professional, patient-focused manner.
Manage patient recalls and assist with continuity of care.
Process payments, health fund claims and daily financial transactions.
Coordinate specialist referrals, dental laboratory work and relevant patient documentation.
Prepare and review daily appointment schedules to support efficient practice operations.




Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold privacy requirements.
