Three Hungry Birds Café in Derrimut is looking for an experienced full-time barista/all-rounder to join our team.We're a busy Monday-Friday café with a strong base of regular customers, so we're looking for someone who not only makes a excellent coffee, but also enjoys getting to know customers and being part of a team.We're looking for someone who:Has solid barista experience and understands milk-based coffeeTakes pride in coffee quality and consistencyHas strong customer service and communication skillsIs confident speaking with customers and building relationships with regularsCan work independently and as part of a teamShows initiative and doesn't need to be constantly directedHas a positive,



outgoing personalityIs reliable and takes pride in their workThis is predominantly a barista position, however we work as one team.
During quieter periods, or when the floor gets busy, you'll be expected to jump in and help with taking orders, serving customers, clearing tables and general café duties.We're looking for someone who is happy to move between the coffee machine and the floor rather than seeing themselves as 'barista only'.
