Location: Hamilton Regional Livestock ExchangeJob Category: OperationsBand 3 - $***** - $***** excluding superannuation and allowancesSouthern Grampians Shire Council is seeking a reliable and motivated Casual Livestock Exchange Operator to support the safe and efficient operation of our Livestock Exchange.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is comfortable around livestock and takes pride in keeping a busy operational facility running smoothly.About the roleAs a Casual Livestock Exchange Operator, you will assist with the day-to-day operation of the Livestock Exchange, particularly around sale days and other periods of operational demand.Assisting with livestock movements and general yard operationsSupporting the safe and efficient operation of sale daysCleaning and maintaining yards, facilities and equipmentUndertaking general labouring and operational dutiesIdentifying and reporting maintenance, safety or operational issuesProviding practical assistance to staff, agents, producers and other Livestock Exchange usersFollowing Council workplace health and safety, animal welfare and operational requirementsAbout youWe're looking for someone who:Is reliable,
