Our healthcare assistants/support workers deliver highly bespoke care shaped around the individual needs, goals and aspirations.As a registered paediatric nurse, you will be providing high quality, person-centered care to our clients in the comfort of their own home.
On shift, you will be expected to provide personal care, assist with moving and handling and support with any clinical interventions specific to our client.
Alongside, you will be expected to enrich their quality of life via community interaction and support in achieving their goals/aspirations.About the roleIn this role, you will be supporting our 12-year-old female client within her family home, who is living with several complex care needs.
On shift you will be providing personal care, administering medications and managing our clients' clinical interventions which include care and use of PEG-J, epilepsy and chest physio (in-house training will be provided if required).
Role Requirements6 months nursing experience within the last 2 years (UK based)Actively registered on the NMCHave experience with personal care,
