The Tasmanian Department of Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant – Clinical Practice and Standards within the Tasmanian Neurosurgical Unit. This role provides advanced clinical leadership to improve patient safety, quality and nursing practice in Surgical and Perioperative Services, reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager.

Key responsibilities include mentoring staff, leading risk management, implementing national standards, driving quality improvement and overseeing mandatory competencies.
