About the Role

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join a growing Community Nursing team in North Sydney, NSW.

Working autonomously and collaboratively, you will deliver high-quality clinical care to clients receiving support within their homes while managing a wide-ranging and rewarding caseload.

Responsibilities




Deliver complex nursing care in the community
Administer IV, IM, SC and oral medication
Complete complex wound care and NPWT management
Conduct assessments and develop care plans
Educate clients and families while maintaining accurate documentation

Ideal Candidate
AHPRA Registered Physiotherapist
Passion for community health, HCP, NDIS, Support at Home, aged care or rehabilitation
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work autonomously while remaining connected to a broader team
Driver's licence and willingness to undertake community visits
Experience in NDIS, Homecare, Aged care highly regarded
