The Valuable Guys is seeking a Sales Manager Northland for a 10-month limited tenure in Melbourne. You will lead the sales team, foster a positive, sales-focused culture and drive profitable growth within the store.

Responsibilities include building team capability, managing labour, inventory and controllable expenses, and ensuring consumer-law compliance while upholding brand standards and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Hybrid work options may be available.
