Culture Amp is seeking a People and Systems Analyst to partner with Total Rewards and the wider People function. You will support compensation analytics, pay equity modeling, and deliver analytics across the function, while designing AI-powered workflows and automations to improve efficiency.

You will manage HRIS/configuration, data pipelines, and integrations, and document architecture while maintaining a backlog of prospects for automation.
