The Role:
You will independently manage a diverse portfolio of approximately 25 buildings / 1,500 lots, with the exact portfolio tailored depending on your experience and capabilities.
The portfolio offers excellent variety and may include:
Large and small residential schemesCommercial and retail propertiesMixed-use developmentsCommunity AssociationsBMC
Your responsibilities will include:
End-to-end management of your strata portfolioBuilding strong relationships with committees and ownersPreparing for and conducting meetingsManaging correspondence and client enquiriesCoordinating maintenance and contractorsManaging compliance requirementsProviding advice in accordance with NSW strata legislationResolving disputes and navigating complex client mattersWorking collaboratively with your Strata Assistant and Accounts TeamSupporting your co-manager's portfolio when requiredEnsuring clients continue to receive seamless service during periods of leave or absence
About You:
We are seeking an experienced Strata Manager who is technically strong, client-focused and confident managing a portfolio independently while remaining a genuine team player.
To be successful, you will have:
Previous experience managing a strata portfolioClass 1 or Class 2 Strata Management LicenseStrong knowledge of NSW strata legislation and industry best practiceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong relationship-management skills
