With increasing demand from business, government and fleet customers, we are looking for an experienced Fleet Sales Manager to drive fleet growth, develop long-term partnerships and position BYD as the fleet brand of choice across the Sunshine Coast region.This is an opportunity to join a progressive dealership focused on innovation, sustainability and customer experience.About the RoleAs Fleet Sales Manager, you will take ownership of fleet, corporate and government sales opportunities while building strong relationships across the local business community.Key responsibilities include:Developing and implementing fleet sales strategies to achieve growth targetsIdentifying and securing new business opportunities across corporate, government and SME marketsManaging existing fleet accounts and building long-term customer relationshipsPreparing vehicle proposals, tenders and quotationsMaintaining a strong sales pipeline and CRM databaseRepresenting the dealership at networking and industry eventsCollaborating with the dealership team to deliver an outstanding customer experienceMonitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for growthAbout YouTo succeed in this role, you will be a motivated sales skilled with strong networking and relationship-building skills.You will bring:Previous automotive fleet,
