Due to growth, we are seeking to add a Senior Finance Analyst to our vibrant and fun team in Spring Hill.You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, management accounts and reporting – multi site, financial modelling to support business planning, as well as cashflow management and commercial decision making (full job description available).
RequirementsAble to take ownership of the senior financial requirements of the business and our multi-site operationsProactive, self-starter, self-motivated, always showing initiative, lead with knowledge and experiencePartner with operational leaders and have proven business partnering skills – with the ability to challenge assumptions constructively, explain financial outcomes, and influence senior stakeholders/executivesMinimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role (3-4 years will be considered in special circumstances)Highly advanced skills in Excel (skills testing will be part of the recruitment process)Experienced with Business Central (Dynamics 365)



or a comparable ERP.
