This role is ideal for a QBCC-Licensed Supervisor with robust experience across Commercial Builds, Civil Works, and Site Management.Site Supervisor - Commercial ConstructionHervey Bay ProjectAbout the RoleAs a Site Supervisor-Commercial Construction, you'll play a key role in delivering quality projects safely, on time, and on budget.
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of sites and leading teams to achieve excellent outcomes.Your responsibilities will include:Opening and closing construction sites dailyDriving projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and budgets are metSupervising construction teams and subcontractors to deliver quality workEnsure compliance with WHS legislation and safety systemsConducting regular site inspections to identify and eliminate safety hazardsEnforcing site safety rules and managing incidents in line with company proceduresAnalysing plans and specifications to ensure works meet design, safety,



and budget requirementsCarrying out site works and tasks as requiredCompleting quality inspections and ITPsMaintaining accurate attendance records and daily site diariesEvaluating team performance and promoting a collaborative site cultureLiaising with principal representatives and attending site meetings and inspectionsAbout YouYou'll bring a strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.To be successful, you'll have:Certificate III in Carpentry (desirable)Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site SupervisorExperience in commercial construction, civil works, infrastructureQBCC licenced – Site Supervisor (Medium) or Builder (Medium)Valid White Card, First Aid & CPRStrong knowledge of WHS, QA systems, and ITPsOwn TransportA proactive, solutions-focused attitudeReliable and organised and safety-focusedStrong communication skillsAustralian permanent residency status required for this positionWhy Join Fergus Builders?
