You'll spend most of your day on the tools, leading by example on the workshop floor while guiding a skilled multi-trade team.
You'll be:Assembling, wiring, testing and fault-finding vibratory equipment, electric motors and control systemsServicing and repairing equipment returned from mine and quarry sitesLeading and mentoring Fitters, Painters, Coil Winders,



Technicians and Apprentices on the floorPlanning the day's jobs and keeping work moving safely and on scheduleOperating forklifts and overhead cranes for loading, unloading and despatchSetting the standard for safe work practices across the workshopAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:Current unrestricted Electrical LicenceTrade qualifications with proven supervisory experience in a workshop or manufacturing settingStrong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support a diverse teamHands-on mechanical and electrical aptitudeExperience coordinating workflow and managing multiple priorities, with a solid understanding of WHS and secure work practicesOverhead crane experience (desirable, training can be provided)What's in it for You?
