You'll be the go-to person for the client and the crew, keeping programs running safely, on time and to plan.What you'll be doingSupervising RC and/or water well drilling operations across multiple rigsActing as S26 Statutory Supervisor and meeting all site and legislative requirementsRunning pre-starts and toolboxes, doing inspections, and completing JHAs and safety paperworkLiaising with client reps, geologists and hydrogeologistsTraining and mentoring drillers and offsidersPlanning rig moves,
