Dovetail in Sydney is seeking an IT and Cloud Support Tech to join our engineering team. This role blends traditional IT support with hands-on exposure to cloud infrastructure - ideal for someone who wants to grow beyond helpdesk work into systems and cloud engineering.

It is a full time in-office role (4 days a week) from our Surry Hills HQ. You'll own IT operations like onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning, MDM management, SSO, and AWS cloud tasks, while supporting platform engineers
