Reporting to a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of site operations, leading your team to deliver safe, compliant and high-quality outcomes in line with structured delivery processes.You will be trusted to run your site with autonomy, maintain strong client relationships and ensure program certainty, cost control and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.What You Will Be DoingLead all site coordination and delivery activities from mobilisation to practical completionDrive programme outcomes through realistic lookaheads and sequencingChampion a zero harm culture and ensure WHS compliance across all tradesOversee quality assurance including ITP implementation and defect closeout prior to PCManage subcontractor performance, meetings and on-site communicationsIdentify risks early and elevate cost, time or quality impacts promptlyMaintain audit-ready records including diaries, permits, registers and site documentationSupport commercial discipline through timely documentation of instructions, delays and variationsAbout YouYou are a seasoned Site Manager with demonstrated experience delivering new build multi-story residential projects.Experience managing projects of significant scale and complexityYou're organised,
