Acting as the key link between contractors, builders, hospital stakeholders, and internal teams, you'll keep projects moving, resolve issues in office, and ensure installations are delivered safely and in line with project requirements.What You Will DoCoordinate contractor-led Operating Theatre installations across Australia and New ZealandPartner with Project Managers to support project delivery from installation through to handoverAct as the key on-site contact for contractors, builders, hospital representatives, and internal stakeholdersBuild and maintain stakeholder relationships to support smooth project deliveryMonitor installation progress against project schedules and manage project risksConduct site inspections, testing, quality checks, and commissioning activitiesResolve on-site issues and coordinate practical solutions with project stakeholdersWhat You Will NeedThis role may suit candidates from construction, fit-outs, building services, telecommunications, AV,



field services, facilities management, or technical project delivery backgrounds who enjoy coordinating contractors, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering projects on-site.RequiredMinimum 2 years' experience coordinating site-based projects, installations, fit-outs, construction works, or contractor-led activitiesCurrent unrestricted Australian Driver's LicenceExperience working with project schedules, site documentation, and contractor coordination processesEligibility to travel regularly throughout Australia and New ZealandPreferredCertificate IV, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Building Services, or a related disciplineExperience within healthcare, construction, telecommunications, AV, building services, or technical project delivery environmentsExperience supporting testing, commissioning, or project handover activitiesWhy Join Stryker?
