What you'll do
Run your section through busy services, cooking and plating to a high standard every time
Help with specials, menu costing and ordering alongside Chad
Manage stock, portion control and waste
Keep the kitchen clean, secure and compliant
Cook for functions in our Level One space





You'll have
Cert IV in Commercial Cookery
3+ years in a quick-paced, quality-driven kitchen
Full working rights in Australia
Reliability, organisation and a team-first attitude
