We are seeking a passionate and reliable L3 Chef / Cook to join our kitchen team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced hospitality skilled who takes pride in preparing high-quality meals, maintaining solid food safety standards, and contributing to a positive and supportive team workplace.

The successful candidate will work closely with the kitchen and venue team to deliver consistent, well-presented dishes and excellent service to members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook and present meals to a high standard.
Assist with menu preparation, daily specials and kitchen service requirements.
Maintain consistency in food quality, portion control and presentation.
Ensure all food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements are followed.
Support stock rotation, ordering, storage and waste control procedures.
Work effectively with the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Maintain a clean, organised and professional kitchen environment.

About You




Previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a commercial kitchen.
Relevant culinary qualifications are highly regarded.
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and safe work practices.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering quality outcomes.
Good communication skills and a positive team-focused attitude.
Availability to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
