About the Role:

We are seeking a Nursing Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of healthcare recruitment and has proven experience sourcing nurses and support staff into casual roles across community, aged care and government departments.

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with candidates while ensuring high-quality placements across multiple clinical specialties.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit agency nurses and support workers across:
Aged Care
Community Nursing
SA police
General and specialist nursing
Support workers
Corporate roles for healthcare
End-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, compliance, and onboarding
Build and maintain solid relationships with nurses, support staff
Manage and grow an active candidate pool for casual shifts
Ensure all candidates meet AHPRA, compliance, and credentialing requirements
Work closely with workforce and operations teams to meet client staffing needs

About You:
Proven experience recruiting nurses within an agency or healthcare recruitment environment (preferred)




Demonstrated experience recruiting for Aged Care, healthcare or community services.
Strong knowledge of Australian healthcare compliance and credentialing
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment setting
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Results-driven with a proactive and professional approach
