Wilderness Way is seeking a hands-on Children's Residential Team Leader to guide shifts, model exceptional care and develop colleagues within our homes. You will champion safeguarding and trauma-informed approaches, ensuring every child’s voice is heard in their plan and daily interactions.
In this leadership role, you’ll coach staff, oversee care plans, liaise with families and specialists, and drive continuous improvement to maintain outstanding services for the children in our care.
