We're seeking an experienced DevOps Cloud Lead to lead an established engineering team and drive the next phase of a cloud, automation, and security transformation program.
This role will focus on improving Azure platform capabilities, uplifting security practices, driving DevOps adoption, and helping shape a up-to-date and secure cloud first culture across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Cloud and DevOps Engineers
Drive Azure cloud, automation, and platform initiatives
Champion DevOps best practices and CI/CD adoption
Improve cloud security, governance, and operational maturity
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
Influence engineering standards and platform strategy

Skills & Experience




Robust Azure Cloud experience
DevOps leadership experience
Azure DevOps and/or GitHub
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM)
Cloud security and governance
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Previous experience leading technical and cultural change
