Our Corporate & Commercial team comprises seven lawyers, including two Directors, two Senior Associates, an Associate and two solicitors.We advise ASX-listed companies, private clients and institutional investors across corporate transactions, equity capital markets, corporate governance and commercial matters, with particular experience across the resources and technology sectors.Our focus is on delivering commercially focused advice on matters that genuinely move the needle for our clients.Visit find out more about us.The RoleNova Legal is seeking a lawyer with approximately 1–4 years' post-admission experience to join our Corporate & Commercial team.You will be welcomed into a close-knit team and work directly with our Directors and senior lawyers on a variety of corporate and commercial transactions, including:Equity capital markets, including IPOs, RTOs and general capital raisingsMergers and acquisitionsPrivate equity transactionsCorporate governanceGeneral commercial transactionsThis is an excellent chance for a lawyer looking to develop their corporate and commercial experience within a specialist practice.
