Reporting to the Order Management Manager, you will focus on high volume order processing and accurate data entry in a fast paced, back office environment.
Duties




High volume order processing and data entryEntering orders into internal ERP systemsProcessing returns, credits and adjustmentsMaintaining accurate customer recordsResolving order discrepancies with internal teams
Skills and Experience
Previous order processing or data entry experienceFast and accurate typing skillsExceptional attention to detailExperience using ERP or order management systemsAbility to work efficiently in a fast paced environmentStrong communication and organisational skills
