As we continue our global transformation journey, we're seeking an exceptional tax and treasury leader to help shape the future of our finance functionReporting to the Group Finance Director, the Group Head of Tax & Treasury will set and execute IDP's global tax and treasury strategy while providing trusted advice to senior executives and governance forums on complex international tax, treasury and capital management matters.Why this role is differentThis isn't a traditional tax leadership role focused solely on compliance.You'll play a central role in reimagining how tax operates across a global organisation, leading the design and implementation of future-state tax operating models,



driving standardisation and automation, and embedding leading practices as part of our Oracle Fusion transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the global tax and treasury strategyAdvise executives and governance forums on strategic tax and treasury mattersOversee international tax structuring, transfer pricing and cross-border financing initiativesDrive the tax operating model transformation associated with Oracle FusionLead treasury strategy including liquidity, funding, cash repatriation, foreign exchange and capital managementBuild a high-performing global tax capabilityStrengthen governance, controls and risk management frameworks globallyWhat We Are Looking ForYou bring:Significant senior tax leadership experience in multinational corporate and/or skilled services environmentsStrong international tax, transfer pricing and tax governance expertiseMeaningful treasury experience, including liquidity, funding and FX risk managementExperience influencing executives, Boards and governance committeesA proven track record of driving transformation, standardisation and process improvementA commercially minded and future-focused approach to tax leadershipExperience within listed or multinational organisations highly regardedExposure to Oracle Fusion or large-scale ERP transformation programs advantageousIf you're excited by the opportunity to modernise a global tax and treasury function while contributing to an organisation with purpose, we'd love to hear from you.
