Anglican Youthworks is seeking an Assistant Director for Year 13, a year-long discipleship program for Christian school leavers based in NSW. The role focuses on building relationships, coordinating chaplaincy, and leading the Fiji mission with the director.
You will recruit students, design timetables for normal and camp weeks, supervise pastoral programs, arrange events and travel, and ensure safety and supportive care across partner churches, schools and families.
