Music Administrator (Permanent, part-time)

Music Adminstrator Permanent, part-time 3 days a week This is a term-time role only

Inaburrahas an exciting chance fora Music Administrator to join the team for three days a week. This role provides administrative support to enable the qualified and timely delivery of the school’s music program. The Music Administrator supports the Director of Music K-12, the teaching staff of the music department, peripatetic tutors, students and parents.

To be successful you will need:
Aperson of Christian character and convictions, actively involved in a church and committed to the work of the Christian gospel
Sound knowledge of music, including reading music notation and familiarity with instruments, ensembles, repertoire and music examinations (such as AMEB)
Proven administration experience, ideally five years or more
Experience with budgets, invoicing and financial processing, and confidence learning finance systems such as ApprovalMax
A willingness to work alongside the team to ensure the best outcome for the school
Excellent planning,



prioritisation and organisational skills, with close attention to detail
Clear, friendly communication with staff, tutors, students and parents, with maturity and discretion
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, staying calm and methodical under pressure
Initiative, flexibility and a positive outlook
Working with Children Check
