About the Role

We are seeking a reliable Pharmaceutical Production Operator to join a busy manufacturing team. This is a hands‑on role suited to candidates with experience in pharmaceutical, food manufacturing or a similar production setting.

Job Details:
Monday to Friday – Night Shift
8-hour shifts
$48.45 per hour + Super
Ongoing casual position

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor tablet compression machines during production.
Assist with medication preparation, including weighing, measuring and dispensing materials according to batch instructions.




Load materials into equipment and monitor production processes.
Perform in-process quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
Follow batch instructions, GMP, safety and quality procedures.
Complete production records and documentation accurately.
Maintain clean equipment and production areas in accordance with hygiene requirements.
Identify and report equipment issues or product irregularities to the supervisor.

About You
Previous experience in pharmaceutical, food manufacturing or machine operation is highly regarded.
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow detailed procedures and production instructions.
Comfortable operating machinery and performing repetitive production tasks.
Understanding of workplace safety, hygiene and quality requirements.
Physically fit and comfortable handling materials as required.
Reliable, punctual and comfortable working night shifts from Monday to Friday.
