Customer Service OfficerWerribee | Part-Time ****** Hours Per Week) | Until 19 February **** | $39 per Hour + SuperAn excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join a busy and community-focused organisation based in Werribee.This role will suit someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.Working across both front counter and contact centre functions, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with a broad range of enquiries and requests.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide professional and courteous customer service via phone and face-to-face interactionsRespond to customer enquiries or direct requests to the appropriate departmentResolve customer concerns where possible and provide suitable solutionsProcess customer payments, receipts and related transactions accuratelyAssist with cashiering duties,
