About The Role

As a Production Operator in our Value Add World Rice team, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and productive operation of plant equipment while maintaining high standards of quality and food safety. You’ll be part of a collaborative team working to meet production targets and deliver quality products.

Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
Perform product changeovers and assist with hygiene clean-downs
Conduct quality checks and manage product rework where required
Maintain a clean, safe and compliant work setting
Follow all Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) and GMP requirements




Handle chemicals and equipment safely in line with procedures
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
Contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives

About You

Ability to follow processes and work in a fast-paced setting
Previous manufacturing or production experience is advantageous (but not essential)

Hours

10hrs per day, by 4 days per week (Monday to Thursday)
