You will deliver in-home physiotherapy and coordinate care across a multidisciplinary team, enabling autonomy and patient-centred rehabilitation across Melbourne.

You'll apply clinical expertise with digital health technologies and telehealth to provide contemporary, evidence-based rehab that supports quick recovery and protected discharge.
