WesTrac is seeking a full time in-store Customer Service Representative for our Tomago branch in a Monday to Friday roster, plus one Saturday per month. You will deliver rapid, accurate parts support, interpret customer needs, process retail transactions and keep customers moving with confidence.
The role suits someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves learning on the job, and enjoys turning excellent service into great results. Cat® equipment experience is a bonus.
