Merthyr Bowls club is looking for a Full Time Chef

We are a busy bistro style establishment. Open from Tuesday - Sunday for lunch and Dinner service.

Must Have -
Experience in restaurant/pub or club setting
Strong understanding of food standards, food safety and hygiene
Ability to work in a team and take orders from senior chefs
Ability to work in ala cate sections and in Functions and Events
Adhering to preparation and presentation guidelines
Team player and positive attitude
Flexible and Reliable
