Monash Gardens Residential Aged Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (EENs) to join our supportive clinical team on a casual basis.

Your Role
As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, you will:
Deliver resident-focused care under the direction and supervision of Registered Nurses
Administer medications in accordance with scope of practice and organisational policies
Assist with clinical assessments and monitor residents' health and wellbeing
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of individualised care plans
Support residents with complex care needs, including dementia and palliative care requirements
Promote best-practice clinical care and resident wellbeing
Build positive relationships with residents,



families, and the multidisciplinary team
Ensure care delivery aligns with Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational policies
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EEN)
Minimum 1 year experience as an Enrolled Endorsed Nurse in Residential Aged Care, including high-care and dementia support
Knowledge of clinical assessments, care planning, and documentation
Experience in wound care management and medication administration
Understanding of dementia care and behaviour support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to delivering person-centred, high-quality care
A commitment to delivering person-centred and culturally sensitive care
Mandatory Requirements
Current AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or National Police Check
Evidence of vaccinations in accordance with current aged care and organisational requirements
