This role is about proactively calling existing customers to book recurring services(plumbing inspections, hot water, gutter maintenance) and keeping our technicians busy.

About the Role





This is an outbound-first rolefocused on generating work from our existing customer base.

You'll be responsible for:
Making high-volume outbound callsto existing customers to book servicing work
Re-engaging past customersand identifying new service opportunities
Converting conversations into booked jobs
Handling inbound calls during overflow periods
Keeping customer records accurate and up to date
Delivering a 5-star customer experience on every call

What We're Looking For
Experience in retail, hospitality, call centre, or similar customer-facing roles
Confidence making outbound calls (or willingness to learn)
A sales mindset - you can guide customers toward booking
Solid communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
High energy and resilience in a KPI-driven environment
Ability to stay organised while managing multiple tasks
