BlueCare is seeking a Clinical Care Partner to deliver person-centred, high-quality care across Bowen, Proserpine and surrounding communities. You will oversee complex clinical needs, coordinate services and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal client outcomes.

This is a full time field-based role requiring an AHPRA-registered nurse or allied health qualified, a current driver’s licence and the ability to travel.
