CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Facilities Manager for Atlassian Central in Sydney's Tech Central precinct. You will lead operational readiness, manage advanced building services, and guide the handover from construction through stabilisation, partnering with the delivery team and tenants.

You will oversee compliance, risk management, budget and OPEX, manage contractors, and drive NABERS and Green Star goals while fostering a safety-first in office culture.
