Your key duties will include (but are not limited to)
Calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external parties, to coordinate a variety of tasks/appointments and meetings
Answering phones and handling sales enquiries
Communicating and handling incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the Principal and team as required
Prioritise & manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through issues in a timely manner
Ensure sales administration is completed
Database management and client communications




Ensure that all recent vendor experiences reflect our brand values and service
Ensure that all required auction campaign activity is completed accurately and on time
Ensure all open experiences reflect our brand values and expectations

To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate:
Prior experience in real estate industry preferred but not essential
Current Industry standard certifications essential
Reliable car and drivers licence
Finely tuned negotiation skills
Excellent phone manner
Corporate presentation
An eye for attention to detail
Strong computer skills
Organised, reliable and be willing to take on a diverse range of tasks

Please note: This is a role that requires Saturday work.
