Yarra Libraries, part of Yarra City Council in Melbourne, is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join Collingwood Library. This role is highly customer-focused, spending most time on the library floor helping patrons access services, answer enquiries, and provide basic technology support.

The position is permanent full time (35 hours per week) with a 1 in 4 Saturday roster, commencing February 2027. You will work with a close-knit team to maintain an inviting setting, assist with shelving
