VicRoads is hiring casual Customer Service Officers to deliver registration and licensing services in a energetic, customer-focused setting. You will assist with over-the-counter, telephone, and written inquiries, and conduct driving tests, vehicle checks, and on-road assessments.
We value exceptional customer service, explicit communication, and teamwork. A valid driver’s license is required, and some travel may be needed.
