Our client, a growing property company, is seeking an experienced Leading Hand Labourer to join their team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who can lead by example, supervise a small crew, and assist with a range of civil, building, and property maintenance projects.
Requirements
Current White Card
Current Driver's Licence
Previous Leading Hand or Supervisory experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to read and follow project plans and instructions
Commitment to workplace health and safety
Desirable
Experience operating Excavators and Moxy trucks
Experience in civil construction, property maintenance, or development projects
Ability to coordinate and supervise site activities
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
Reliable transport
Duties May Include
Leading and supervising a small team of labourers
Operating Excavators and Moxy trucks where required
Coordinating daily site activities and allocating tasks
Assisting with property development and maintenance works
Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
Conducting site inspections and maintaining high-quality standards
Site clean-up, material handling, and general labouring duties
Liaising with management and contractors to ensure project deadlines are met
