Citrus Group in Sydney is seeking a Member Services Specialist to join a busy, supportive team on a full-time permanent basis. You will assist new and existing members, provide accurate information, and help customers navigate a range of enquiries and more complex situations.

Full training and ongoing coaching will be provided. This role offers hybrid working once fully trained and the prospect to develop skills in a qualified workplace.
