Queensland Department of Education seeks passionate and creative Pedagogy Coaches to join Thuringowa State High School. This role focuses on mentoring students and staff, leading pedagogical reform, and building teaching capability across learning areas.

The Coach position is a fixed three-year term (2027–2029 school years) with responsibilities for attendance, rewards programs, and collaboration with PTTs and beginning teachers to improve student outcomes.
