City of Darwin invites applications for a Customer Service Officer in a permanent, part time capacity (0.5FTE, ~18 hours/week) commencing early 2027. You will handle reception, phone and electronic inquiries, triage service requests and process payments while delivering timely, skilled support across Council services.

The role demands a certificate or equivalent in Local Government/Business Admin/Customer Engagement and at least two years in customer service, plus a National Police Check
