Megaport is seeking a Senior Operations qualified to lead end-to-end People & Culture integration for acquisitions. The role focuses on pre-deal planning, Day 1 readiness, and seamless integration of recent colleagues, systems, and processes across global teams.

You will collaborate with People & Culture, Legal, Finance and IT to ensure milestones are met and change management is effective. The position is hybrid in Australia with exposure to international projects.
