You will respond to enquiries, guide families through the enrolment process and ensure information is accurately managed in our enrolment systems.
The role is the first point of contact for families exploring childcare or kindergarten, with responsibilities spanning phone, email and CRM-based communications to deliver a smooth, welcoming experience.
