Cleanaway is seeking an HR Compliance Analyst to strengthen compliance across our complex employment and industrial relations setting in Melbourne. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance and Operations to identify risks, improve processes and ensure accurate pay and entitlements.
You’ll interpret contemporary awards, enterprise agreements and Fair Work updates, while driving remediation and governance improvements.
