LDK Seniors Living is seeking a Contracts Administrator to prepare, review and administer resident contracts and support settlements from deposit to completion. You’ll act as a central liaison between residents, families, legal partners and internal teams, ensuring accuracy and timely settlements.

The role is based in Brisbane with flexibility for applicants from Canberra or Sydney. You’ll manage contract documentation in Salesforce/CRM/SharePoint, monitor milestones, and escalate risks as
