Noẽma at Lucas Collective is opening a pastry-led concept in Melbourne's CBD. We are seeking a Pastry Sous Chef to join day-one, crafting pastries and desserts in a rapid-paced, premium kitchen, while shaping the guest experience from the start.

The ideal candidate has premium restaurant pastry experience, solid team leadership, food safety documentation, rostering and ordering skills, and a calm, detail‑oriented approach, with weekend/public holiday availability.
